Co-Leader Climate change effects on foundation species

Stein is a Professor at the University of Oslo. His research interests are marine benthic algae, ecology and systematicsnWithin the project, he will study how environmental drivers related to climate change affect the distribution of different kelp species in Northern Europe. His vision for the project is for MaCoBioS to relate climate change to a better management of kelp and other foundation species.​
